Worked as an unpaid VAD at Hathersage VAD Hospital from November 1914 until March 1917. She put untold hours collecting 5,000 eggs for the unit. B 1873 Sheffield, married Charles Edward Anthes, above, in 1903. Lived at Roslyn Crescent, Hathersage during the conflict.
